May has been deemed National Mental Health Month yet most Americans miss the key factors that play a part in mental health and demonize those who have it. Then the whole world had experienced a (hopefully) once-in-a-lifetime pandemic that turned most of us into shut-ins in a matter of weeks. How things change.
